We aim to dispatch all ready to ship items within 2 working days of you placing your order.
The vast majority of our orders are shipped the same or next working day but we do not guarantee this.

Delivery Prices
To ensure clarity for those placing orders we categorise all our shipping prices by the price of your order. This means you always know exactly how much you will pay in shipping before you order.
For UK orders we offer three forms of shipping, standard (2nd class), 1st class and tracked (special delivery).
All international orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked.
Where parcels are over a certain weight (2kg) or size they will usually be sent in multiple boxes as this is significantly cheaper.

USA Orders - August 29th 2025 Update
The USA has implemented a new 10% customs charge on all imports into the USA. The way this has been implemented means that as the seller we have to pay these fees up front when the item is shipped. In order to accommodate for this all shipping costs have been increased to include these fees. For orders over £500 you will receive an extra surcharge.
Returns Policy
You are welcome to return any order within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be in the same condition as when they are shipped and you must include all of the item in your return.
Buyers are responsible for return postage.
